The service is available from from 8 AM to 6 PM, on Monday to Friday, and from 8 AM to 2 PM on saturday, excluding public holidays.

The Call Center can also be contacted by mobile telephony, formulating the following telephone number: 0566/76210, at no additional cost to the user,
who will pay for the calls according to the tariff plan of their telephone operator.
It is also possible:
- contact UniMe by filling out the dedicated form;
- consult the FAQ with the most frequently asked questions;
- request and obtain information in English language;
- call the toll-free number, free of charge, by dialing the number 800230842 only from a landline;
The call center service aims to strengthen the relationship with users (students and individuals, both public and private, who need to interact with the University),
thus enriching the offer of dedicated services.
